Moses Ayala advises corporations, political organizations, and business associations in their efforts to impact public policy and the political process. With a deep understanding of lobbying and campaign-finance laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels of government, Moses has the necessary experience and knowledge to help clients achieve their political and public policy goals while remaining in compliance.
Prior to joining The Gober Group in 2021, Moses provided lobbying and campaign-finance compliance services to Fortune 100 companies, federal political parties, and many business associations. In 2018, Moses served as Associate Counsel to the Republican Governors Association (RGA), where he assisted with state and federal filings and advised on the making of contributions, independent expenditures, and electioneering communications.
Moses received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Syracuse University College of Law. During law school, Moses was accepted into New York’s Pro-Bono Scholar Program, where he helped provide immigration services to those seeking a pathway to U.S. citizenship. Moses has his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
A native of Buffalo, NY, Moses now lives in Washington, D.C and is an active member of the Republican National Lawyers Association, Syracuse Law Alumni Association, and Washington D.C. Buffalo Bills Backers.
