Stacey Scholl guides businesses, tax-exempt organizations, and political groups in their efforts to impact public policy and the political process. With an enhanced focus on lobbying compliance at the federal, state, and local levels of government, Stacey provides clients tailored systems and procedures to ensure compliance with these myriad laws and their varied disclosure requirements.

Before joining The Gober Group, Stacey worked on a wide range of election administration and voting rights issues for more than a decade in her various roles at a nonprofit, the U.S. Department of Defense, and state Secretary of State offices. Through this experience, she became skilled at gathering and interpreting obscure areas of the law, creating meaning and order from diverse sources of information, and translating that knowledge into practical, actionable advice for clients so they can make informed decisions and achieve their objectives. Prior to attending law school, Stacey gained invaluable political experience while serving as the Communications Director and Field Director for a state political party.

Originally from the Midwest, Stacey now lives in the Washington D.C. metro area with her husband and toddler son. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar. She volunteers her time with Young Life, a national youth organization with an area chapter. She enjoys live music, Nebraska Cornhusker football, and working towards a certification in calligraphy and hand lettering.
